The Train-And-Earn Freelancing Program offered an unparalleled opportunity for young individuals to gain the skills needed to excel in the global freelancing market. With 100% SCHOLARSHIPS available for students all across Pakistan, this program was designed to equip participants with the SKILLS and knowledge to succeed in the digital economy.
This initiative, brought by Hope87, the Foundation for Youth Employment Pakistan, and Nexskill, Generation International, with support from the Government of Austria.
At NexSkills, we embraced the vision of turning dreams into accomplishments. In the past year, we proudly trained 189 students in high-demand freelancing skills, enabling them to flourish in the digital economy. Our extensive training programs, facilitated by seasoned industry professionals, provided participants with both theoretical insights and hands-on experience. This preparation empowered them to excel in diverse areas, including web development, graphic design, digital marketing, and beyond, setting them on a path to success in the evolving digital landscape.
Graduates proudly received their certificates, and a group photo captured the moment. As the ceremony concluded, attendees enjoyed networking opportunities, exchanging ideas and fostering connections, marking the start of their journeys in the digital marketplace.
With 189 lives changed and 4,339 applications received, the initiative has mobilized learners from 72 cities. Remarkably, 43% of the participants were female, reflecting the program’s commitment to empowering women, highlighting an impressive 4.8x income uplift among graduates.
The Special Admissions Initiative for Afghan Refugees provided a fully funded Train & Earn Freelancing Program. This program empowered Afghan refugees by equipping them with essential freelancing skills, fostering financial independence, and helping them build successful careers in the digital marketplace.
